James R. Fenchel II, J.D., CELA
James R. Fenchel II concentrates his practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning and administration, small business representation and civil litigation. He is a member of the bar in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of West Virginia. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. James Fenchel is a 1985 summa cum laude graduate of Washington & Jefferson College. He was nominated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the James McGregor award for Political Science. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1988.
Ashley R. Bozewski, J.D.
Ashley R. Bozewski is an Associate at Fenchel Law Offices. She is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the New Jersey Bar.
Ashley graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012. She is a 2008 alumna of The Pennsylvania State University having obtained degrees in Anthropology and Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies.
Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Ashley worked as a law clerk at Fenchel Law Offices.
Tiffany York, J.D.
Tiffany York is a 2011 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law and a 2008 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in Political Science. Tiffany focuses on the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and long-term care and crisis planning.
